    Music manifests through vibrations which change our experience of a given moment causing joy, pleasure, happiness. And yet, all the way through the making of this album, I returned to a sense of making something physical. Cobbling shoes was the enduring and somehow comforting image that carried me through the process. And so this CD is a physical object. For me, it's proof that it really happened. Some people, like me, want some sort of physical connection with the music they are listening to. If you are one of those people, this option is for you.

My visual image for this tune is a voyage, the ancient sea journey of the Celts who are reputed to have first arrived on Irish shores sometime between 1000 and 100 BC. Amergin, brother to the two Kings was the poet, mystic, and judge of these pioneering people. The temporal boundaries of his brother’s physical kingdoms mean little to us now. but Amergin’s spiritual wisdom lives on. Check out Track 6, The Song of Amergin!
